HOW TO USE
Step 1: Before application, shake the pen.
Step 2: Hold the liquid eyeliner pen sideways, using your primary hand.
Step 3: Draw a straight line as close to your upper lash line as possible.
Step 4 (Optional): Draw a line in an upward angle, extending from your original liner to create a winged liner effect.
Step 5 (Optional): Apply a coat of Maybelline's The Falsies Surreal Extensions Mascara to complete the look.
