We have a 60-day return policy*. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase with us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for another product.
If you have an order you would like to return, please fill out the form above and we will get back to you with your return label if eligible.
You must return the item without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from making the exchange request via our customer service team. Please return the items using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the items.
In the event your order does not arrive, to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 10 days of dispatch to allow for the required 14-day investigation period.
If you cancel your order during non-contact service hours or once the item has been dispatched, it will then need to be put through a returns process.
*excludes damaged items. If your item arrives damaged you must notify our customer service team within 5 days of the delivery date.
*excludes Adult products. We do not accept returns on Adult products unless damaged or faulty, in which case a replacement will be sent if the returns process for damaged goods is followed correctly.

If it has been less than 60 days since your purchase with us and the item is undamaged and unopened in its original state then you should qualify for our 60-days returns. If you have received the wrong product or your item is faulty a free returns label will be emailed to you. You will need to print this label, repackage the item securely and drop it at your local post shop. If you change your mind shipping is non-refundable and you will be required to send it back to our head office at your own cost.
Returns take an average of 3-7 days to process. Please note, the refund transaction will come from that payment gateway provider you selected, e.g. Afterpay so please allow time for this. For any queries get in touch.

You may be eligible to exchange if your item is un-opened, un-used in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it within 60 days of ordering. Due to the nature of the adult items we sell, we can't accept returns for change of mind purposes.
The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a refund and place another order. We can issue a straight refund or a credit for you to reorder what you would like once we receive the return.
Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as you get your item so we can investigate and get the correct item to you ASAP.
You can still return your purchase to us by mail. Once we start the return process, we will notify the buy now pay later service of the return and begin to process the refund. Note the credit/debit card that you used to place the order will be processed by the payment gateway. So, if you paid using Afterpay the refund will be processed via Afterpay.
