HOW TO USE
No more than once a week for the Mask is necessary. With the mask, use only a small amount after shampooing instead of (not in addition to) Conditioner. Leave in for 10 minutes. Rinse it out with just water afterwards (ie no need to wash it out with shampoo).
TASHA'S TIPS
As there are many different shades of blonde and grey, I suggest you start by leaving the mask on for just a couple of minutes to start with and check the results so you don't get an over toning effect. You can then increase the time working your way up to 10mins depending on your desired result.
